The following terms and conditions shall apply to all transactions on the Marketplace:

All Merchant’s must maintain a PayPal account. All payments between the Commission and Merchant will be made through PayPal. The Commission will not be under any obligation to make payments to a Merchant through any other means.

 

Merchant will receive the retail price of any Product, ordered through the Marketplace less 6% of the retail price which shall be retained by the Commission, plus Pennsylvania sales tax collected on such amount. 

 

Merchant will establish a shipping price for each Product on its Webstore (which may, at Merchant’s discretion, include separate prices for different shipping methods). The Commission will charge the customer this amount with each order and remit these amounts to Merchant.

 

The Commission calculates all money due to the Merchant at any given time and will remit the balance to Merchant upon Merchant’s request, subject to the processing times and fees imposed by PayPal.

 

The Commission will handle and be responsible for all credit card transactions, fees, and customer service interface.

 

The Commission reserves the right to collect debits from Merchant due to returned merchandise and reserves the right of offset. The Commission will retain the 6% service fees for processing the original sale whether the merchandise is returned for exchange or for full refund. 

 

The Commission may change this Payment Terms policy from time to time, in its discretion, and will give Merchants 15 days’ notice of any such change.
